Is there a way to invoke a workflow in Commvault when a user submits a request in Servicenow.
(Workflow is an in-built feature in commvault which facilitates automation by putting together a set of tasks in a specific order.)
For example : In commvault we can intergrate with Servicenow and create incidents upon a backup failure. So when a any backups fails , it creates an event/alert, this will invoke a workflow to create Incidents in SNow.
Alert (Commvault) triggers the Workflow (commvault) which then integrates with ServiceNow.
I would like to know if the reverse is possible. From ServiceNow >> to >> Commvault
