Is there any way to activate JIRA spoke on PDI,without integration hub's subscription package.

I need JIRA Spoke for bi-directional integration between SNOW and JIRA,but not with HI credentials or Subscription,is there any way in between?

yeah,already activated integration hub plugin from PDI,but thats not resulting into the availablity of the Jira spoke plugin

That's correct.

JIRA spoke seems not available for PDI.

I couldn't find it in plugins from developer portal and also from instance plugins module as well

If you are looking for a solution for Bi-Directional integration between ServiceNow and Jira without using Integration Hub. Look into the Exalate Solution that provides integration + full control of the rending and receiving data and data handling on both sides.

Also please provide some insight to your desired use case for this integration and what kind of action/information you would like to exchange between the two platforms.
