You can connect a record producer to a knowledge article by capturing the article’s sys_id and update details in the producer. Use Flow Designer or a Business Rule triggered on record submission. Map the record producer fields to the corresponding knowledge article fields. This way, when the producer is submitted, the associated knowledge article updates automatically.
