Hello,
I am trying to create a Knowledge Template that our users can use to create KA's in our platform. I would like to see if it is possible to pre-populate the Details section of the template with some information in the HTML body section such as an Introduction Header/Goal of this Document so that when users go to create a KA from the template, that shows up in the Details.
Is this possible? I was unable to find this when looking in the layout/design.

I would recommend using templates: https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/geneva-servicenow-platform/page/administer/form_administration/co...
you can paste HTML directly in the article body as below:
