Hello,
I am trying to create a Knowledge Template that our users can use to create KA's in our platform. I would like to see if it is possible to pre-populate the Details section of the template with some information in the HTML body section such as an Introduction Header/Goal of this Document so that when users go to create a KA from the template, that shows up in the Details.
Is this possible? I was unable to find this when looking in the layout/design.
Thanks!

Hey
The fact those fields arent showing up, is that you need to add them to the form using the Form Designer (not Form Layout).
You will need to add all custom fields to the form design when you create new custom fields.
Hope this helps.

I am facing a similar issue, I created a template and added text into the Article Body field in HTML format. However when trying to apply the template I get: Unable to update field"Article body"
