Knowledge attached to Work Items

We have started using advanced work assignments to distribute tasks and incidents. We want to track the link rate on these work items, but I have not been able to find any way to present knowledge attached to work items. Does anyone know if this is even possible?

Hi @Maxps,

Do you want the work item assignees to access the knowledge base on the record form? If so, you need to configure Contextual Search.

And this is how you can add it to the form using the Form Designer.
