Hello,
I'm trying to find a way in Service Now where I can create a knowledge base article and attach either one or multiple .TXT files for a group of customers to download. The only thing I have come close to is adding the ability to display any attachments attached or included with a knowledge base article. Can anyone point me in the direction of where I need to go?

I'm not sure exactly what else you're looking for. You can attach multiple attachments to any KB article. If you check the 'Display Attachments' checkbox on the KB article definition then you can display those for end-users to download.

I was able to figure it out after trial and error. I over looked the attachment button at the top of the KB banner. This allowed me to add a file and attach it to the KB.
