Has anyone determined a method of sorting Knowledge Base articles? It appears the articles are automatically sorted by published date. Is there a way to arrange the articles alphabetically or even a custom order?

You can set the order from the knowledge Properties. In knowledge Properties search for "Knowledge section sort field:" and select from drop down the order you want.

We currently support 'Number of Views', 'Relevancy', and 'Last Modified' - are there options that you'd like to see?

What we need is to sort the KBs by 'Short Description' or 'Category' when they are grouped by topic in the 'KnowledgeBase' view.
Under the KnowledgeBase -> Properties, the only current choices are to sort by 'Published' or 'View Count' (under 'Knowledge Section Sort Field').
Is this possible? It would provide a much more useful view when dealing with multiple articles of a similar category.
