Why doesn't every outbound email have a watermark.
I have noticed that not every outbound email generates a watermark record. I have looked for a BR that creates the Watermark records but couldn't find one.
I thought that since the purpose of the Watermark to the best of my knowledge is to tie a response email to the originally sent email, that every outbound email would have an associated Watermark record but, in my situation, I am finding this to not be the case.
Can anyone tell me why there isn't an equal # of Watermark records & Outbound emails?
Thank you for your help.

Hi @Dave65,
May be some of the outbound notifications have Omit Watermark is set as false. Hence, some of the outbound emails with out the watermark.
For reference - Omit an email notification watermark
Thanks,
