When selecting templates to choose from on Knowledge Base, the standard template seems to be the only template that auto-fills in the article body with a preset of information. I'm not sure where to go to view the standard template to possibly edit it. The other templates are on the kb_article_template table but I'm not sure if you can have certain fields auto filled.
The sys_template table seems to have a lot more customization, but is there a reason these templates don't show up in first screenshot?
