Link and Rich Text in Compose/comments agent workspace

Hello Community,
is there a way to make a link clickable in the compose comments section of the agent workspace?

When I past a link there, it looks like this:

You have to copy paste the link in another tab in the browser, is there a way to create a link?

Also is there any rich text feature available for this comments, for example make text  bold,etc.

There is a system property glide.ui.journal.use_html that, when set to true, it gives agents an HTML editor in additional comments and worknotes in Agent Workspace.  They can paste images there.

Did you encounter any unexpected issues with this approach? We are trying to think of a reason NOT to do this but can only see positives for all of our users.
