list collector shows empty

the list collector in my request catalog is reference in sys_user table.

but it shows empty

I believe this is a Display value issue.

Go to sys_user table from System Definition --> tables.

In the Table Columns check for which column name the display value is true.

In your case the display value is true to a column which does not contain a value. Make it for Name and check.
