Hi
I took a brand new PDI with Paris release and carried out described customizations. And at a project record my "Edit" button is clickable:
So I don't know wht's going wrong with your Edit button and without access to your instance I don't want to make any assumptions.
Kind regards
Maik

Thanks
I don't get the check box in the related items list. I think thats the problem though I don't know how to fix it. It's missing from all of the related lists.
I notice that adding to related lists seems to only work with m2m tables because it supports new. If you wanted to create a link to an existing Outage for an incident, New would work (though the labels misleading). Then there is the Create outage UI list action to actually create an outage.

Hi
I think there is a misunderstanding.
At Agent Workspace the Edit button allows to edit selected records and NOT to add selected items, (as the "Edit .." buttons allows at U16). At Workspace the button for that function is called "Add".
Kind regards
