List view search greyed out.

Hey, I have a list view that I created and for some reason I can't search policy numbers or license number fields on the snippet attached the fields themselves are Type: Lists any idea on why they are greyed out?

Looks like these fields are of Type 'LIST'. There is a known problem in List v2, we cannot search or sort directly on fields that have the field type = LIST in list view. Your quick fix can be to switch to List v3, in V3 it works fine. In List v3 for LIST type fields you can only do search using filters.
