Hi,
I have UI policies which showmake mandetory fields based on other field selection. But in Submitted case all fields are showing and making mandetory. How to resolve this?

Hi @Rosy14
Check if that variable is set to mandatory by default.
If it is made mandatory default from the form section then it will appear mandatory in the SC Task section. You need to uncheck mandatory since you are already making that mandatory from UI Policy.
If it is not default mandatory then try to create another task and then see on the new task if it is working as expected or not.

Make sure if applies on Cat Task and Requested Item should be check. So that UI policy is also implemented at SC Task and RITM Level
