Greetings,
I have a question with regards to the Managed Documents plugin in Kingston. I've done some digging and haven't been able to locate a definitive answer. When reading through docs, it seems as though this plugin does not require an extra license to activate. However, it is not definitive. I am wondering if anyone out there has any insight as to whether or not this requires extra licensing.
I do have a question out to our rep, but thought I would explore the friendly world of community 🙂
Thanks for your help

Hey there,
Yes, good news. I did get an answer for this.
I reached out to our rep and he confirmed there is no extra licensing for using Managed Documents.
We have since started to use it for a number of docs and are liking it.
Hope this helps

Excellent news!
Just an extra question, can any requester use this? or only fullfillers?
Thanks for your reply

Only fulfillers. If you assign the role to a requester, that'll make it a fulfiller and will require a subscription.
