Menu item on the Header menu is not showing up if there are 0 records [Service Portal]

Hi Community,

I have a filtered type menu item configured on the header menu, it is not showing up on the header if there are zero records in the table the menu item is linked to. Is there a way to display it on the header even If there are no records?

There would be a condition inthe widget to show only when record count is not empty...can share the screen shot of the Html part of the widget code
