Menu view in Dev Instance

I have a personal Dev instance however, I am unable to see how I view ServiceNow in the standard menu format. My intent is not so much 'development' but rather to test out difference capabilities and possibly develop later if I see gaps. For instance, would like to see menu items like Demand, IDEA, PROJ, PROG, CIO Dashboard, APM, CMDB. I hope that makes sense - thanks!!

@N8Laskey

You should have the admin access.

Please login to developer.servicenow.com

And check the admin credentials there.

then login with admin credentials.

You should get the All view.

thank you - one last question (hopefully) I had it yesterday but cannot find the list of plugins to add to my instance. Can you point me there?

@N8Laskey type plugins in filter navigation, you will get the module that opens plugin list.

Search for plugin you need and activate.

If you don't find plugin there then go to developer portal and there is module Activate plugin. Search your plugin and activate.

If you don't find it there as well then you need to request it from service now in HI portal and that is not available for dev instance.

Does that make sense? I do not have an 'all' view in the personal dev instance provided by ServNow, I am not trying to access in my company's instance,

I was able to change my instance role to admin - thanks
