We are hoping to update the "You do not have sufficient privileges to access this knowledge item" message with an additional note reminder about ensuring that the user is logged in to authenticate themselves.
Where is this message stored and able to be configured? Thank you!

After searching for a while, I finally posted this question. Only after posting this question and continuing my search was I able to find it within the next couple minutes. ~sigh~
For anyone who is curious, it is in UI Macros... Name = kb_view_cannot_read.

Hi Eric, I tried modifying the message, but it does not work, can You please let me know if you have modified any where else, I want to give hyperlink as well in the text.

I also edited this UI Macro, and it did not reflect the changed message when I was testing. Were you able to figure out the issue?

Any updates of this. According to the instructions, we have edited the macro kb_view_cannot_read and the edited text of the macro is not visible to users?
