Meta Data in Knowledge Management

I have created and KB article and added the following meta data to the article
however all search options work except for 'problem' by itself as a key word. Even if I search with a *wildcard *problem I receive the follow message
Any suggestions on why this is happening as the Meta data as shown above is what has been added to the article

I don't know why the rest aren't coming up, but I believe you should have an underscore between words in phrases, (problem_management). You'd think 'management' wouldn't work either if that was the issue, but see if it helps.
