MetricBase issues in my PDI

Hi,

I noticed that MetricBase plugin has some issues in my PDI running on Tokyo version. Here is my instance URL:

After checking the stats, I see some issues on MetricBase plugin connectivity. Due to this I am unable to run Application Insights application from my PDI.

I see the below err when I try to launch Application Insights.

500 : Internal Server Error: Metricbase unavailable. Contact support if the issue persists
 
Please help me to resolve this issue.

MetricBase is not available in PDIs, it is only available in sub-production instances.

Just wanted to confirm, even if it is installed successfully? I was trying for cloud cost management to download Azure billing and facing below error.

Execution is not created because of the below reason(s) :
error: Connection to MetricBase failed
success: Connection to MID Server successful


As per docs what is required for metric base that all is available in my PDI.
