MID Server service failed to start automatically after upgrade

Multiple MID servers for our production instance. One of the MID servers has two separate services that run for two separate MID server installations. On that particular server, after an upgrade of any kind occurs (eg. Hot Fix, Patches, Releases). One of the services fails to restart automatically after upgrade is completed. The other service on the same server starts the service automatically without issue. All the other MID servers installed to prod instance also start their services automatically as well. I have attached the wrapper log with the error that shows up when ever this whole event occurs. (see attached with the "Access Denied" error)

To troubleshoot I tried to add permissions to the folder where the MID server in question resides with no luck in solving the issues. I also checked multiple support docs that did not help resolve this either. I figured I may be missing something or did not set the permissions correctly. Please advise, thanks!

Now Support was contacted and they fixed it temporarily and then it came back. Still not clue on what the issue is.

So what was the solution? This doesn't really help others with potentially similar issues.

I am having the same issue. could you add details on how you manage to troubleshoot and fix the issue? thanks
