Incident Management - Major Incident Management plugin defect notification
A defect in the Now Platform® Xanadu release that affects instances with the Incident Management - Major Incident Management plugin (com.snc.incident.mim). When the script include "ExecuteMIMTriggerRulesWithImpersonation" is called during async processing, user impersonation logic in the script causes the system to impersonate the logged in user, marking subsequent events as being processed or updated by an individual user instead of "system". When this impersonation fails to end gracefully, these events fail and error out.
While this issue persists, system events processed during user impersonations will fail to process and error out.
A permanent fix for this issue is deployed in Xanadu Patch 3 and above.

We are not using MIM Trigger rules in our instance , what are the main affects of this defect?
