HI All,
We recently upgraded one of our sub production instances to Rome from Quebec and have noticed a few entries in the logs since upgrading.
The log is an Info level log.
The Message is:
Failed to register PIV/CAC certificate to the user account. Please close your browser, ensure your card is inserted and try again
Believe this is related to certificate based authentication:
https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/rome-platform-administration/page/integrate/authentication/concep...
Whilst there is no actual error - these are rather annoying, does anyone know where this is located?
Kind Regards,
Shane

Maybe you shouldn't put important documents on lockdown to registered users and ServiceNow professionals.
Can this message:
"Your role does not grant you access to this article. Please use Search to find related content."
Just bugger off? It's unhelpful.

Not helpful. I don't find any table with the given name. We don't have any certificate defined. What to do with the error?
