Need to fetch Incident which is opened by me in service portal

Hi There!!

Please help!!

I need to fetch the incident data for the below requirement:

1. Incident opened for me(caller is dynamic)
2. Incident belongs to my company

But when I am giving the URL in the menus item data is not getting displayed in the portal

HI,

I would suggest to use type as Filtered list or scripted list if you dont want to redirect to different page and form.

Hi Pragati,

If you would like to redirect it to the incident records for those conditions.

You need to first filter these conditions under Incident Open List page and use Copy URL of breadcrumbs to copy the URL of the desired result.

Then paste it in the HREF/URL tab under Menu Item. This works!!

if you see my above screenshot then, I done the same thing but not sure why its not working

I mean its getting redirect to the page but i want header also in above the page.
