Need to have label name for French version

Hi,

I have created one relationship which applies to Change request table (related list). I would like to have French version (fq) label name for that. Any suggestions on how to achieve this. 
Note : I have tried with 3 tables Relationship, Change request and sys_ui_list_control but with no luck.
