Need to hide "New" button in sn_shop_purchase_requisition table.

I need to hide New button for Purchase requisition table. I need to implement on UI screen as well. Can  i get steps to do the changes.

i checked ACL but it is not working. In servicenow the purchase requisition table doesn't has 'New' button because i select omit new button. But my issue is to remove only 'New' button in the screen created using UI builder.
