No data available for Service Portal User Experience Analytics

Hi,

Trying to set up User Experience Analytics on our dev instance. The 'Service Portal Analytics' plug in has been installed and have ran the 'Create SP Analytics Settings' for the required portal. Everything seems to be enabled but no data is being gathered. I have set specific portal has 'Enabled=True' in the User Experience Analytics Settings table & "Enable Unauthenticated User Tracking" is also checked.

Is there anything else to check or set up?

did you perform some user actions in the configured service portal?

And maybe you will have to wait 1 day, as I cannot imagine that you will be provided real-time data. Probably there is a job that fetches the data from the Analytics Server on a regular basis.
