Non-admin users with catalog item maintenance access

Hi Team, 

How should we manage new catalogue ITEM creation with-out admin acess. 

If possible how they capture changes in updateSet ? and Write Client scripts and UI policies for Catalog ITEM's?

These are roles which help to create the catalog item. Are you planning to bypas these roles and create catalog item ? seems it is a violation.

Would like to provide access to non-admin to create small catalog items.

Need to give relevant access buddy. It doesnt matter item is small or big, its matter role to build that item is same.
