Not showing variables on the RITM of a catalog item

Hi All,
When the Request for a catalog item is raised, the variables are shown on the RITM form but for one of the RITM, variables are missing
I have checked the variable editor but still not showing on the RITM form not only the variable editor UI policies,catalog client scripts as well.
But not able to find out how it happened???
Please help me in solving this issue.

Hi Sushma,
We are also facing the same issue. Are you able to reproduce the issue in any of your sub production instance? We have already raised a ticket in Hi instance but they are asking us about reproducing the issue .

jonnagaddala,
Do you have a Catalog Client Script set up for that Catalog Item that may be controlling the visibility? If so, check to see if you have the Applies on Requested Items checkbox checked. That could be unchecked and then not apply to the RITM record.

Thanks for your reply.
We have catalog client scripts which is written for auto population but not for controlling visibility.
.Which applies on both RITM and catalog.
But how can we check when the issue in not reproducible in sub production instance?
