Not showing variables on the RITM of a catalog item

Hi All,
When the Request for a catalog item is raised, the variables are shown on the RITM form but for one of the RITM, variables are missing
I have checked the variable editor but still not showing on the RITM form not only the variable editor UI policies,catalog client scripts as well.
But not able to find out how it happened???
Please help me in solving this issue.

The global is true/false ,we are not able to reproduce the issue again

Try to print the value of any variable using background script ...
If the variable values are not inserted for some reason in variable ownership table, it will be empty.

Were you able to find a way to reproduce the issue? I'm seeing the same behavior in our instance and also I cannot reproduce it.

I was running into same issue where variable display in RITM was collapsing.
Issue turned out to be the setting of Cat Item variables to 'disabled'
Once I removed the logic, RITM variables appeared normally.
