Notify every available agents in the queue when a customer request help through the virtual chatbot

Hello,
On the portal, when a customer want to chat with a support agent, agents are requested one at a time until the chat is accepted.
I would like to notify every agents at the same time when an interaction is requested.
I've not found where to customize the default OOTB notification appearing.
