1- What are the OCR (optical character recog) capabilities of ServiceNow?
2- Are there 3rd party options integrated with NOW platform?
3- What are other options if we are trying to take paper "order forms (various formats and content)" and digitize them?
My homework so far hasn't been very fruitful!
