On-call Escalation tracker is blank

Hi all,

 

We are currently trying to implement some of the on-call features in SNOW, and while I have set up a schedule and trigger rule to enable the on call tracker, and I have a schedule set for the current time, the on-call tracker is not pulling the escalation details.

 

The only thing I could think to change was to update the shift name to match the assignment group, but it still won't pull an escalation schedule

I am at a loss for why this would happen, if anyone has any suggestions for things to check I would really appreciate it
