Opening same record, regarless of record selected in list view

Afternoon! 

 I am lookign for some assistance with a record based issue. 

Whenever a record is selected from the demand list view, it opens the same demand record. This is regardless of the record number selected from the list. It is always the same demand record that is opened. 

This only happend for users with both custom roles that have been created for demand. If the user has only 1 of these custom roles, it opens the proper numebr being selected. 

We do have a view rule and before query business rule in place, both of which I have deactivaed and the results are the same. 

Created a brand new user with both roles, to remove the user preferences, and the same issue was experianced. 

Any help or guidance would be greatly appriciated!

@Patrick Slatter I know this is over a year old, but any chance your team found a resolution for this? We are seeing the same behavior and we are also using a Before Query Business rule. We are not using any custom roles though.

Found the issue, in EncodedQuery use ^OR between all the logic, don't use ^NQ, it will work
