override custom table data

Hello developers, I need suggestions for overriding a custom  table data dynamically(based on variable- requested_for selected) using reference qualifier called from SI. 

 If any other way to achieve this. Please suggest me. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

I have a scenario where based on a field request type(radiobtn attached) which has three choices for requester , a variable lookup select box should dynamically update its custom table data. Table data has active , req state, etc .Im trying this through reference qualifier of lookup box using S.I. Let me know if i need to provide other informations. Thanks!
