hi ,
I am new to ServiceNow and got my PDI recently to learn ServiceNow. I can't send emails. so I tried to create new email accounts for SMTP and POP3. SMTP worked and connection successful. but POP3 authentication failed because I don't know what is the username and password. need help in setting up.

The email services on PDI are disabled, you can configure your gmail for testing purpose.
