Problem Password reset process

Good morning,

I'm testing the Self Service Password process provided by ServiceNow but even if the account is valid, I received an error message.

As far you can see below, the plugin is configured as Standard

Can you help me to understand the problem ?

Hi GB, I don't have a "Default Self Service 1" process, did you create it by yourself ? can show me the details ?

Hey Domenico,

All are OOB processes. I will recommend you get a personal Dev instance so you can compare. Here are the screenshots.

I have this configuration now, but I have the same problem. It's not my personal instance.

Hello,

Could you please check the logs:
Password reset -> Activity Logs 

Check what is causing the error so we can troubleshoot further. 


Also, could you please try the "Default Self Service 1" & Disable "Default Self Service"
