Process to setup Dynamic translation for Notification in Servicenow

Hi Team,

 

Currently we are using OOB Request completed Notification which is using Employee notification template and Employee notification layout. I have done below steps

  • Installed com.glide.notification.translation plugin 
  • Created this system property glide.notifications.translation.dynamic and enabled it to true
  • Enabled check Dynamic translation in notificationHowever when I tested with notification , I am not getting translated notification based on user preference language.

Can someone help me on this?
