Progress Controller was left in running state on startup

I got the message "Progress Controller was left in running state on startup" in progress worker table. The job behind was cancelled after 5 hours by the system. btw: the job takes 5-6 hours and runs mostly successful in the days before.

Does anybody know this message? What does it mean?

Thank you, please make helpful if you accept the solution.

No, didn't help. Has nothing to do with Progress Worker.

I just had the same issue, tho for mine there was a bug in my code and rerunning it fixed did work.  Looking forward to hearing an answer to this!

I am also getting this message attempting to run our ATF test suites which normally run without this message.  Was this still not resolved for you Guido?
