Publish button missing in Typo handling dictionary AI Search

State is stuck in "Draft" in Typo handling entry. I have tried to publish the search sources, synonyms, stop words and genius results. Whenever i try to edit this record i cant see the publish button. 

i am getting an error message: " you cannot publish this profile yet, because you have unpublished dictionaries linked to this profile. Check the " state" field of your dictionaries. 

All help will be appreciated since im currently stucked with this right now.

You should publish in 'Search profile' entry, is Publish button missing in Search profile form ?

i see the publish button in search profile entry. but im getting the error message  :

just as your example the state of the typo handling entry is in draft. when i open that record there is no publish button from there.

Yes you won't find publish button in Typo form you have to click publish here, are you getting error when clicking on publish in profile form as well ? Also in typo form have you added any entry here ?

this is the error message after clicking the publish button : 

checked every entry and all are published aside from typo handling which is in "draft"
