"com.glide.sftp.use_snc" property is not available in System Properties.Can anyone tell me the reason.

Just checked my instance (London) and it's not there OOTB.

You should be able to create it and set the 'value' field to true or false depending on what you require with no issue unless it has been deprecated. 

The last mention of it in the documentation site is for the Istanbul release:
