"Company" field added to User list is displaying ZIP code instead of Company Name

Using Configure > List Layout, I added the Company field to the sys_user list in my Dev instance. After assigning a Company to users, the field populated with the ZIP code instead of the company name. I duplicated this using a different company and it behaved the same. When I dot walk to Company.Name, it displays the company name as expected. 

This issue couldn't be duplicated in Prod, and it displayed the company name, as expected. Very few changes have been made to either instance in the past two weeks since we got access, so I'm not sure why this is happening (and only in Dev), or how to fix it. I've compared the two [core_company] tables and see some differences (Dev has two more fields than Prod, "Normalized" and "Hash"). I installed a bunch of application updates the same day this happened, as well as installed Certificate Management, which is where those additional fields may have come from, but that doesn't necessarily explain why the field is displaying the ZIP instead of the name. 

Not sure if this is something I did or a bug, but I'm leaning toward bug, so I'm hoping for some advice. I've attached a screenshot of the "Guest" user showing the ZIP code for Company Name, and a screenshot of all of the app updates that were installed the day I noticed this happening.
