Redirecting users to CSM port

Hello Everyone,

Which is the best method to redirect the  user to the CSM portal? I have  updated the script in script include but if the user manually types  the home page URL, it should still redirect to CSM.I have written a UI script ,but it is still its not redirecting to the CSM portal.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.
