Related CI Formatter not displaying

I'm sure i have missed something very obvious.

I use the Related CI formatter on mutiple forms. We have a new custom table u_dig which extends from the Configuration Item table. I am just trying to add the Related CI formatter to the form.

I've done all the usual - created a section, added the formatter, saved. Nothing

Did it through the Form Design and Form Layout.

Sometimes when the form appears it will show for 0.2 seconds before disappearing. Othertimes zip/nada/nothing.

What have i forgotten to do?

by related ci formatter, you mean "CI Relations" right?

That'll teach me to try and put a post out without looking at my instance 🙂

No worries. I just tested and it seems to work fine.

Forgive me if this is a stupid question - but did you try saving the record?

This formatted only shows up for saved records.

I did. In the cmdb_ci form it shows up just fine - I can also add on other forms like cmdb_ci_computer but not the table we created as an extension 😐
