Related CI Formatter not displaying

I'm sure i have missed something very obvious.

I use the Related CI formatter on mutiple forms. We have a new custom table u_dig which extends from the Configuration Item table. I am just trying to add the Related CI formatter to the form.

I've done all the usual - created a section, added the formatter, saved. Nothing

Did it through the Form Design and Form Layout.

Sometimes when the form appears it will show for 0.2 seconds before disappearing. Othertimes zip/nada/nothing.

What have i forgotten to do?

Very odd. I just extended the cmdb_ci table and had no issues with adding the formatter.

One thing to try is clear the cache. In the filter navigator, type cache.do and click enter.

If this doesn't fix it then definitely open a case with ServiceNow.

Yep - unfortunately clearing the cache made no difference. It's in all three instances too (prod, test and dev) with the same behavior. I have opened a case too just thought i would check here in case anyone had any ideas while i waited! Thanks for trying it tho
