Hi
Good Day!
I have created a KB article and published it ,When iam checking in catalog item (Try it) on instance related KB Articles are visible. But its not working on Portal ,Can anyone please guide me on this.

Hi @Anu2013 ,
Those results are part of the contextual search.
As a possibility, the contextual search is filtering the records that you see.
So you can go to Contextual Search > Search Contexts and locate the record "case knowledge base search".
Open it and go to the related list "Resource configuration". Open the "knowledge" record and check if the condition in the related list "Search Resource Context Properties" is correct.
Please, also check other contextual search records if this is not the one you are using.
