Hi,
I wondered if anyone can help me figure out this strange behaviour.
I have a custom table ‘Control Sub Categories’ which is linked to another custom table ‘Threat Scenarios’.
The Control Sub Category table does not display the related Threat Scenarios unless data already connects the records. I am able to relate Control Sub Categories to Threat Scenarios from the Threat Scenario side, but not from the Control Sub Category side unless there is already existing data. I hope the following screenshots explain the situation.
No display of Threat Scenarios when on the Control Sub Category:
From the Threat Scenario side, I can see the link to Control Sub Categories:
If I relate the records, I can then see the Threat Scenario from the Control Sub Category:
But only as there is data to connect the two.
I believe that I should be able to see the Threat Scenario relation from the Control Sub Category without any data. Is there something I am missing?
Your input is much appreciated.
Thanks,
Tom

Hello,
Go to Control Sub Category form, scroll down to the Threat scenarios related list. Right click on related list header and then click on configure --> List Control. You may see this Omit if empty checkbox is checked. if yes then please uncheck that if it is checked
