There is an article on this problem (Remove Knowledge Feedback section ) but it dates from more than 5 years ago. I tried to add the property as suggested in one of the replies but it doesn't change anything. Possibly things have changed since V3. Anyway, I think that being able to remove this feedback section is valid because our articles are just informative, no feedback is required and we don't follow up on feedback, so removing the section seems to be the thing to do.

Hi Marc,
In Knowledge v3 you can disable commenting and suggestions by navigating to Knowledge> Administration> Knowledge bases. Open the KB you want to affect. Check "Disable commenting" and "Disable suggesting". See if that does what you like. If not, send a long a picture and we'll see what else we can recommend.

Hi Chuck,
Thanks for your reaction.
Those options are not available on my form. They are selected in the form layout slush bucket but not visible. (Some rule, policy or script responsible for this. There is only the default view, so it can't be this).
Anyway I was able to add them to the list view and set them to true.
However, there was no effect on the articles.

Hi Marc,
What version of ServiceNow are you using? My answer was targeted at Helsinki. Sorry for the confusion.

Still on Fuji. But the fields are there, so there should be some sort of effect.
