Remove "Affected CIs" Section/Component from Incident Overview Tab of Service Operations Workspace

Hi Community,

We recently activated Service Operations Workspace as part of our San Diego upgrade and I'm having trouble figuring out how to modify the Overview tab of the incident view in the workspace.

I previously read through the a similar post about modifying the Overview tab here: https://community.servicenow.com/community?id=community_question&sys_id=04d2a7c3db53cd10770be6be1396...

However, that didn't quite help me as much as I hoped.

I'm specifically looking to remove the Affected CIs section/component shown here:

Can anyone provide guidance on how I can accomplish that?  I did look at the "Incident Overview SNC" UX Screen record (from the other post) but it wasn't clear to me if that's where to look or how to modify it to remove the section.

Hi Chad,

Follow the below steps :

1. Open any Incident in Service Operations Workspace , Click on the Profile Picture> Configure Page> Related Lists:

2. Bring Affected CI from "Selected" Slush bucket to "Available "

Hi Sandeep,

Thanks for the reply.  That removed "Affected CIs" from the "Related records" tab:

But it did not remove the CI information from the "Overview" tab in my original screenshot:

Any other ideas?

Did you come up with a solution to this? I am facing the same challenge (although we want to hide the Cause section below it) and I'm not sure how to do it. Thanks!
